We have been working alongside Civic Engineers on a number of projects for Dandara, one of the UK’s largest independent property developers. Part of Dandara’s ethos is to deliver “innovative homes and commercial properties to deliver real value for money without compromising on design, durability or quality.” Our involvement has been supporting the delivery of these exciting residential developments, which also feature commercial units, at locations across the UK. Our work has included developing scheme designs for the multi-blocks ranging from 6 to 23 storeys. We developed designs for precast concrete superstructures and supported tendering and dialogue with specialist suppliers. We are currently providing construction stage advisory services.
